EASE OF USE
Ease of use is a tricky category for this product - because Mom and Dad - you better be ready to get involved (or pay the price with a messy kitchen)!  And...cooking with a child is a fun task - but it isn't easy!  All kidding aside - kids will be so excited to work with real cooking utensils, designed for them to be able to really work with Mom and Dad in the kitchen.  And the real utensils really work!  Kids will need help, but they kit is easy to use with a little guidance!
DURABILITY
The Playful Chef Deluxe Cooking Kit is made well to last long!  Remember, your kids are going to be thrilled working with their own set of real utensils.  And parents are thrilled for two reasons - first, kids aren't going to have to constantly take your utensils while working in the kitchen with them, and second, these utensils are not going to fall apart!  They can handle washing, scrubbing and use after use!  Nice!
VISUAL APPEAL
Five stars isn't enough!  This set looks as adorable as a simple "play set" of cooking utensils for kids, but these really work!  The super-cute apron ties it all together, and has built in pockets to hold the tools!  Dress your little chef up and set them free in the kitchen - you won't find anything more adorable!
FUNCTIONALITY
We so rarely use this term in the functionality category - but here goes: five stars isn't enough!  With this set you are fostering your child's love of cooking, taking time to interact with them in the kitchen, and the fun and function is truly endless!  Be warned - your kids just may want to cook something new each and every day!
COST EFFICIENCY
The Playful Chef Deluxe Cooking Kit isn't an inexpensive item.  With a retail price just under $40, you are going to pay a pretty penny for this set.  However, if you went out to purchase all of the items included in the kit individually you would be spending plenty of dollars.  And...you'd be hard-pressed to find a kid size apron, with the pockets built in, to hold all of these accessories.  It's an expensive kit, but you can certainly see where the dollars are spent.

ORIGINALITY
We've seen other cooking kits before, so the idea itself isn't entirely original.  But we've never seen a kit quite so thorough, quite so complete, or quite so loaded with authentic, real, usable utensils made just for kids!
OVERALL RATING
Overall we just love the Playful Chef Deluxe Cooking Kit!  It has real utensils, for an authentic, fun cooking experience for kids.  The pieces are made to last, and will truly help your child develop a love for cooking.  You couldn't ask for more functionality, and while the kit is a bit expensive, it isn't overpriced for everything you receive.  If you have a budding chef in your kitchen, this is the perfect set for them!
