The manufacturer of the Coastal Boot, Holeys, produces innovative lifestyle
products featuring technically advanced closed cell polymer foam.
Incorporated in their products is SmartCel memory foam to provide
comfort, improved support and resiliency. Additionally, all new
footwear models produced, include Sole-tek, Holeys' slip-resistant
thermo rubber sole for increased stability and durability.
The Coastal Boot is available in multiple colors and keeps feet dry when
splashing through puddles or digging in the garden - they are
lightweight and fully waterproof. The shoes are available in both kids and adult sizes.
The adult sizes include a removable insole to absorb moisture. All
sizes of the Coastal Boot include a built in arch and tarsal support and massaging footbed. Additionally, the shoes are antimicrobial and odor
resistant.

Like all of Holeys products, the Coastal Boot is easy to
get into and easy to get out of. And as always,
when little ones and big ones are able to put their
shoes on and take them off, our review team gives them
high marks! |

Holeys are made to be worn in the
best and the worst environments. Specifically,
Coastal Boots are designed for rain wear, and are ready
to keep your feet dry and warm. In wet weather or
not, our review team felt confident that these
shoes were made to last! |

Visual Appeal is a totally
subjective category, and this is one of those times that
not all member of the review team fell in love with a
style of shoe. In other Holeys reviews, they
received high marks for looks, but the high-top clog
design of the Coastal Boot turned off some of the review
team. Not too much, they still earned four stars,
but some of our review team, they felt much more
comfortable with some of Holeys other styles. |

With its high top design, Holeys'
Coastal Boot is definitely built around wet, rainy
weather - and it is clear that your feet will stay dry
inside in and out of puddles. But for more
everyday use, our review team also liked some of Holeys
other styles here as well. The Coastal Boot
definitely fulfills its main duty, but you probably
wouldn't wear them beyond a rainy day. |

With a review team that was focused
pretty much on The Coastal Boot only being worn in rainy
weather, they all went a bit low on the price. As
such, for both the kids and the adults sizes our review
team was between $5 and $10 off of the actual retail
price of $24.99 (kids) and $29.99 (adults). |

Where the review team wasn't
thrilled with function and price, they were definitely
pleased with Originality. Coastal Boots were
designed specifically for wet weather, and that makes
them much different than so many of the other shoe
designs within this category. Well done! |

With a price a little higher
than the team preferred, and function just a bit
limited, Holeys' Costal Boot didn't get all five
stars. But with super durability, super
design, and being really easy to use, the Coastal
Boot still scored well enough across the board to
earn four stars. If you have a long rainy
season, or live in a rainy climate, Coastal Boots
might be the perfect addition to your footwear
collection. |
