designed by Dream Big Toy Company, are dolls intended to be a fun and
educational way to promote self-appreciation and the benefits of daily
exercise, healthy eating and sleeping habits, self-esteem and overall
healthy life skills for girls ages three to twelve regardless of race
and socioeconomic class.

How hard can it be? It's a
doll! For the youngest kids in the recommended age
group, parents will need to read the informative tag and
the belly message, but other than that kids can be
playing, pretending and learning from their doll in
minutes. |

Overall, the doll seems well-made.
Additionally, the extra pieces that come along with each
doll - the shoes, backpack and items inside the
backpack, all appear to be acceptably designed although
the shoes are a little difficult to untie and get back
on the doll. Our review team's only real issue -
they're afraid the small pieces included in the
backpack, as well as the hair ties may be easily lost. |

Super-duper cute! There is
just so much our panel loved. First, the Go! Go!
Sports Girls have superb detail from the uniforms
(swimsuit, goggles, basketball, tennis, etc) down to the
appropriate shoes (flip flops and sneakers) these girls
are ready to play. In addition, our reviewers
loved the "belly note" - for instance on Taye's belly
(Basketball girl), the stitching stated "Dream Big
Dribble Fast"! But wait - there's more...our
reviewers loved the contents of the backpack - it
matches each girl individually; Taye has a basketball
and Suzi (Swimmer girl) has a towel! |

The Go! Go! Sports Girls rated
extremely well in the Functionality category.
We'll start with what our adult reviewers had to say -
they LOVE the positive message! This doll finds a
way to counter other more image-focused dolls offering
young girls with a message to increase self-esteem as
well as encourage exercise and a healthy lifestyle.
Our adult reviewers also loved reading the tags with
notes on a healthy snack and other activities the girls
enjoy participating in when not doing their "sport".
As for our girls - the sweet spot here is right around
age six (not saying that older or younger is the wrong
age, but our sporty six-year-olds were in love)!
These girls started by memorizing the attached cards so
they knew exactly what their Go! Go! Sports Girl liked.
We also had the fortunate opportunity that one of our
girls just started tennis lessons - so Gracie (also
fortunate that our little tennis player's middle name is
Grace!) instantly became her new favorite doll.
The immediate bonding and feeling of pride was
indescribable (and our reviewers describe all day
long!). |

Not only is the product Go! Go!
Sports Girls unique - each individual girl is different!
Our panel pointed out that not every girl had the same
eye color or hair color, and each uniform and
accessories were distinctive to the sport being
represented. We weren't familiar with anything
else out there similar and both our adult and child
reviewers were happy to see something fresh in the doll
