Clean up is quick and easy with a top-rack dishwasher safe bowl and basket.

One thing is certain – the Babycook is absolutely easy to use.  We found that even Moms and Dads with the smallest amount of kitchen knowledge were comfortable heating, steaming, grinding or blending fresh vegetables and food in this little number.  Drop your food in, make your selection, and let the Babycook do the work.  We also really liked that the parts that get the messiest are top-rack dishwasher friendly.  A big plus in our book!

Use after use we found no cause for concern in the durability department.  There was no breakdown or loss of intensity.  No problems here.

We really do like the look of Babycook.  It has a modern, clean look, and comes in a soft green color – which is a small reminder of the fresh and “green” food prep you are working on.  The functionality is great (more in the next block) and it is all packed into a machine that most would call small.  It fits easily on a countertop, even in the tiniest “city” kitchens, and provides the functionality of multiple cooking devices.  Looks good to us!

Babycook steams.  Babycook blends.  Babycook defrosts.  And Babycook warms.  Short of growing the fresh vegetables you want your little ones to eat, we can’t really think of anything more for Babycook to do.  It really packs in the functionality, and like we mentioned above, it easily handles the job of multiple cooking machines.

We weren’t sure where to throw this feature in – so we’ll address it in functionality.  By nature alone, steaming and keeping the water for you to add back in, Babycook keeps the key nutrients, vitamins and minerals where they belong – in baby’s food.  This alone helps you prepare the freshest, healthiest meals, and that to us is the best functionality we could ask for!

Ok…so Babycook is expensive.  It’s definitely on the high end.  In some cases it cost more than appliances us grown-ups would be comfortable buying for our own use!  But let’s look at this realistically.  The retail price is just under $150.  If you were to purchase a steamer and a blender, you’d quickly be approaching the $100 mark.  Now, you’ve got one that does both jobs, and keeps the steamed water for you  to add back in to create healthier foods.  With the price, we can definitely see where the extra dollars go.  But there is no denying it, the Babycook is not an inexpensive kitchen appliance.

Finally – an all original product!  Babycook takes the worry and much of the work out of preparing baby food.  It steams and blends, it’s easy to use, and helps you make the freshest, healthiest food for baby.  Absolutely original!

In case you couldn’t tell – we really love Babycook.  We love that it steams.  We love that it blends.  We love that it is compact in size.  And we love that it is dishwasher safe (top rack only).  Yes – it is expensive.  But if you are the type of parent that is going to be serving your child organic-only jarred food, then you are already going to be spending quite a bit of money on pre-made food.  For the same dollars, and really just a little effort, you can make the healthiest foods for your baby yourself.  If you can handle the price tag – we say go for it!  Babycook is awesome!
